The Imaging division has initiated a fundraising campaign
Diagnostic imaging enables early diagnosis and is the first step in the journey of the patient to treatment and recovery.
The imagining division at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov) performs around-the-clock, life-saving diagnostic and interventional procedures and examinations such as: CT, MRI and ultrasound for hundreds of thousands of patients including children, the elderly, soldiers, men and women from all over the country. These diagnostic imaging procedures allow physicians to diagnose diseases such as cancer in their early stages, when treatment can be most effective, and ultimately, save lives.
In order to advance our important mission, we are launching a fundraising campaign aiming to upgrade our imaging division and to bring it up to the highest standards of care:
- Medical Imaging technology that is safe for children (reduced ionizing radiation)
- Advanced and innovative medical imaging equipment
- Establishing safe and protected work and waiting areas (to protect from COVID-19) to ensure the safety of our patients and their families and our medical teams.
